Help with TutorBreak: how to reach us, and how to do the things people ask about most.
Contact us
Email hello@tutorbreak.com. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and the device you use (for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Android app"). Please do not email passwords or anything private you would not want us to read.
Report a problem or a wrong answer
Write to hello@tutorbreak.com with the topic and, if you can, a copy of the part of the conversation that looks wrong. TutorBreak is an AI tutor and can make mistakes, so it helps us fix them.
Your account and data
- Delete your account and everything stored about it: sign in, open Account and choose Delete my account.
- Stop sharing with AI services: sign in, open Account and choose Withdraw my agreement.
- If you cannot sign in, email hello@tutorbreak.com from the address on your account.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, you will manage a plan in the store or payment service you bought it from.
