Delete your account

You can delete your TutorBreak account and the data stored about it at any time, yourself, in a few steps.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to TutorBreak (in the app or on the website).
  2. Open Account at the top of the home screen.
  3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email hello@tutorbreak.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in and your profile (name and email)
  • All conversations, messages and whiteboards
  • Files you uploaded and the text and summaries made from them
  • Your progress, practice rounds and learner profile

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you pay for TutorBreak through the App Store, Google Play or our website, cancel that payment where you subscribed — deleting the account does not cancel it.
